Do you charge a callout fee?
No — there is no callout charge. You only pay for the work actually carried out. We'll quote the price before we start, and that's what you pay.
How quickly can you get to me in an emergency?
We aim to be with you within 60 minutes for emergencies in the Chichester area, subject to availability. Wednesday through Sunday we operate 24 hours. Monday and Tuesday we're available 9am–5pm.
Do you charge extra for weekend callouts?
No. Our pricing is the same Monday to Sunday. The only surcharge is for callouts between midnight and 6am (+£40 flat). No weekend premiums, no Bank Holiday surprises.
How much does tap replacement cost in Chichester?

What should I do while waiting for the plumber?
If you have a leak or burst pipe, turn off your main stopcock — it's usually under the kitchen sink or where the supply enters the property. If you can't find it or it won't turn, that's OK — we can isolate it when we arrive. Don't panic; we're on our way.
Are you insured?
Yes — Callout Ltd is fully insured with public liability cover. Ask for details when we arrive if you'd like to see the certificate.
Do you fit bathrooms or do full renovations?
We focus on emergency plumbing and specific repairs — tap replacement, leak repairs, pipe work, shower valves, and similar jobs. We don't fit complete bathrooms. This lets us stay focused on rapid response and high-quality repairs rather than fitting and renovation work.
